Via ferrata El Chorro
A via ferrata is a mountain route that follows a vertical or horizontal progression itinerary and is equipped with different artificial elements such as staples, pegs, suspension bridges, chains or zip lines, which help progress and allow us to reach areas that are difficult to access for mountaineers not used to climbing.
The via ferrata of Álora is situated in El Chorro, near the end of the Caminito del Rey and the train station on the slopes of the Sierra Huma. As you climb the via ferrata, you will be rewarded with spectacular views of the El Chorro gorge and the surrounding mountains.
